All indicated prices on this website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Unfortunately, we cannot post to PO Boxes.

- Free courier delivery on orders above $100
For all tracked letterbox deliveries, please note The Tiny Otter will have a return address in case of a failed attempt. However, customers will bear the full responsibility and risk if the package goes missing.
For courier delivery in Singapore, this is tracked and would normally take 2-3 business days.
Shipping rates vary according to weight. Please send us an email on your desired items for purchase and we would get back on the latest shipping fees to your destination.
For International shipping, packages may take 3-6 weeks to arrive depending on the destination. Sadly, we have no control over freight delays. International shipping is tracked so you can keep an eye on your package.
Please note customers are responsible for all customs duty, taxes (VAT), and import fees, if any, upon arrival in your country.
We want you to be happy with our products but sometimes we’re not made for each “otter”. To return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your purchase was entitled for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs off the returned amount.
Change of Mind
We offer a refund, exchange or store credit on full priced items once we receive your returns.
To be eligible, your item(s) must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, and in the same condition that you received it (including original packaging where applicable). If you are trying the fit on your baby, please try it on without washing it first.
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for the above because the sale is final.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake with your order. The returned parcel must be tracked and registered as we are not responsible for lost items. Shipping is non-refundable, and any items exchanged will be charged another shipping fee.
Our diapers and accessories are manufactured to the highest standards and we stand by them. We offer a 6-month warranty on defective products manufactured by The Tiny Otter.

If an item is faulty or you have not received your order, let us know and we will meet our obligations.
Parcels uncollected or bounced will be returned to our HQ. If you would like it redelivered, we will charge the same shipping fee as per checkout. If the shipping was free, we will calculate the actual shipping fee for the order.
A $10 admin fee is applicable if you prefer a refund.
